The idea for Marsolu was born while founder Margery “Marvelous” Alexis was earning her master's degree in Entertainment Business. During that time, she regularly volunteered her administrative skills to help individuals and small businesses navigate paperwork, government forms, and DIY filing processes.

After completing her first year of law school, Margery recognized that what began as volunteer assistance had grown, almost entirely through, word-of-mouth referrals. In 2013, she transformed that experience into an official business and Marsolu, LLC was launched.

Today, Marsolu provides administrative support to entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals navigating business formation and brand-protection processes. Marsolu’s services are designed for clients who choose to manage their own business and trademark matters while seeking organized administrative support with documentation, filing procedures, and process navigation.
